Blois is the geographical centre of the Loire Valley, a real town of 50,000 people, with an historical centre, where people work, live and enjoy themselves, and not just a tourist attraction!

Châtel Rose is a well-lit studio apartment in a quiet street in the Mediaeval Quarter of Blois, Puits Châtel, with cobbled streets and restricted traffic, the perfect setting for an 18th century experience with modern-day comfort for 2 adults, including a lovely little shared garden.

The apartment consists of a large bedroom/sitting room/kitchen with separate bathroom and toilet all decorated in the style of the early 1800s but with modern conveniences: large double bed, comfortable toile de jouy armchairs and small dining table, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, cooking top, microwave, washer/drier). Optical fibre wifi connection.

All fittings and furnishings are of very high standard to give you an absolutely comfortable and carefree holiday.

The shared private garden is at the back of the apartment building, up one and a half flights of stairs (see last photo – it cannot be used to store bikes).

The street is closed to traffic except for dropping off luggage. Free parking is 7 minutes away by foot.

Access to the appartment is via three stone steps and is not suitable for persons with disabilities.
